The information is stored in a restricted-access Google Sheet operated for MobileMechanic.repair. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. Vehicle registration may be personal data, depending on the circumstances. Our intended lawful basis is legitimate interests in planning service capacity, subject to a documented assessment.
A 90-day retention period is under review and has not yet been approved or automated. The business operator is responsible for reviewing and deleting individual enquiry records in line with the final retention policy.
